How to Register & Check Status (3 Modern Ways)
Option A: The “Dastak” App (New for 2026)
The Punjab government’s “Maryam Ke Dastak” program now allows you to request registration services at your doorstep.
-
Download the Dastak App on your smartphone.
-
Select “Social Welfare Services.”
-
A government representative (Dastak Facilitator) will come to your home to collect documents and process the application for the elderly person.
Option B: The Online Web Portal
You can check if a CNIC is already in the system:
-
Visit the PSPA DPMIS Portal: dpmis.punjab.gov.pk.
-
Enter the 13-digit CNIC number.
-
It will show “Eligible,” “Not Eligible,” or “Record Not Found.”
Option C: E-Khidmat Markaz
If you prefer physical assistance, visit any E-Khidmat Markaz. They have a dedicated desk for PSPA programs where they can update your record in the database.
Important: The “Proof of Life” Verification
A common reason for payment stoppage is Expired Verification.
-
Biometric Requirement: Every 6 months, the beneficiary must visit a Bank of Punjab (BOP) ATM or agent for biometric “Proof of Life.”
-
Expired CNIC: If the CNIC expires, the payments stop immediately. Renew the CNIC at NADRA first, then update it at the Bank of Punjab to resume payments.

What to do if your application is “Rejected”?
If the portal says you are not eligible but you are poor and 65+:
-
Update NSER Survey: Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office and ask for a “Dynamic Survey.” Tell them you need to update your household poverty score.
-
Wait 30 Days: Once the survey is updated, your status in the Punjab system will automatically refresh.
Pro Tip: Never give your CNIC or Kissan/Khidmat Card PIN to unknown “agents” promising to increase your money. Only use official BOP ATMs or verified Konnect shops.
